- SERVICES
Soulful Rubber Media provides a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to brand design, brochure design, business card & stationary design, content writing, flyer design, mailer box design, pdf document design, presentation design, product label & packaging design and social media design & management.
- PAYMENT
All payment for services must be made in advance before work commences. Prices for services will be provided on the website or by quotation, and payment must be made in the currency specified on the website. Soulful Rubber Media reserves the right to change the prices at any time.
- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once payment has been made, cancellation of services is not possible. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of Soulful Rubber Media.
- SCOPE CREEP
If the Client requests changes, additions, or modifications to the project scope that were not initially agreed upon, the Agency reserves the right to adjust the project timeline and charge for the additional work at the standard hourly rate of $60 per hour. The Client will be notified of any changes to the project scope and associated costs before any additional work commences.
- COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
All designs, graphics, text, and other content created by Soulful Rubber Media shall remain the property of Soulful Rubber Media until payment has been made in full for the services provided. Upon payment in full, the client shall have full ownership of the final design and related materials.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to Soulful Rubber Media, including project requirements, brand guidelines, and any other relevant materials. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any material provided by them does not infringe any third-party copyright or trademark.
- TURNAROUND TIME
Soulful Rubber Media will make every effort to deliver projects on time. However, turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Soulful Rubber Media is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from a delay in delivery.
- REVISIONS
Soulful Rubber Media provides revisions as per the package purchased. Clients can request revisions within the specified revision limit. Any revisions beyond the specified limit may be subject to additional charges at the agency rate of $60 per hour.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Soulful Rubber Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, data or use.
- CONFIDENTIALITY
Soulful Rubber Media agrees to keep confidential any information provided by the client and will not disclose such information to any third party without the client’s prior written consent.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soulful Rubber Media is located. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Soulful Rubber Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to these Terms via email or on the website.
